CLIENT COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONThe Client Coordinator is under the supervision of the Executive Director/Program Director. The Client Coordinator oversees the administrative and clerical functions for all facets of Family Advocate Integrated Through Healing (FAITH) services and related programs. The incumbent participates in the formulation and implementation of services care policies and procedures, and participates in strategic and operational decision-making. Directs, coordinates, and oversees the administration of all services personnel and associated and associated support personnel.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
1. Bachelors degree in business or equivalent work experience with at least 2-3 years of experience as an office manager.
2. Customer service or lead as a Client Relations Representative in a human services related business.
3. Highly organized and the ability to prioritize workload
4. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
6. Basic knowledge of clinical objectives, programs, methods, procedures, and standards within area.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Answer and direct phone calls.
2. Develop and maintain a filing system.
3. Research and creates presentations
4. Generate reports
5. Handle multiple projects
6. Demonstrate use of tact and patience in communication with patients and families.
7. Respect and maintain client confidentiality.
8. Maintains a professional appearance and attitude.
9. Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
10. Maintain supplies inventory; anticipate needed supplies; place and expedite orders for supplies; verify receipt of supplies.
11. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
12. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
13. Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. Strong organizational and planning skills.
16. Proficient in MS Office
17. Perform other duties as assigned, to assure efficiency of program services.
